Delivery

For deliveries to mainland UK, products will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

All deliveries are made via DHL courier service Monday – Friday. Items will not be dispatched on weekends or Bank holidays.

For deliveries outside of the mainland UK, please contact us at customerservices@horseandcountryshop.co.uk for a quote on delivery charges.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Battlesbridge Horse and Country. Should you wish to return any items, please follow our returns process:

Package the items that are being returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, unless a part of an extended returns policy, in their original condition, with all labels and security seals unbroken.

Enclose the form within your parcel.

When returning items, you are required to arrange and pay for the postage of goods back to us.

If exchanging products, you are required to arrange and pay for the postage to us however, we will pay for the postage of the parcel back to yourself.

Please Note: Failure to follow our returns process may cause delays in processing your request.

We will refund any items returned to us in the original, undamaged, saleable condition and within set timelines. You must notify us within 14 days that you wish to return the goods, starting from the day after the goods are delivered. The goods must then be returned to us within 28 days from the day after the goods are delivered.

For Klarna orders, you cannot exchange your items. The original item will need to be returned for a refund and then a new order placed.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before sending the item back. Please do not return any faulty items until asked to do so.

Please note that unless damaged, defective or mis-described, we are unable to exchange or accept the return of:

Feed Supplements, grooming or first aid/care products where the security seal is broken.

Bits that have been used and where there are marks or damage from the horse’s mouth.

Riding Hats or Body Protectors where damage has been caused by user handling

We will aim to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt however, this is not guaranteed.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend obtaining proof of purchase when sending items and ensuring items are packaged suitably to avoid any damage in transit to us.

We will refund or replace items for exchange but reserve the right to decline a return for the loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

All reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment that was used by you for the initial transaction.

For items that have become damaged in your opinion due to poor workmanship or defective materials, you should notify us as soon as possible. If damaged goods continue to be used in this condition, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in this condition.

We always try to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and arrive to you in perfect condition. However, mistakes can happen and if there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer services team at customerservices@horseandcountryshop.co.uk so that we can correct any issues as soon as possible.
